How much is the pre-license course?

Crash courses are $399 including textbooks. From the registration date, you will have a year to complete the course, pass the pre-license examination at New Star Realty School,
and take the DRE examination.
시험 준비 단기 과정(crash course)은 $399(교재포함)이며 1년 동안 수강하실 수 있습니다. 수업은 8주 과정이며 한국어로 진행됩니다.
Can I access the course online?
온라인으로도 수업을 들을 수 있나요?
We offer video recordings for those unable to attend in-class lessons.
강의 영상이 있어서 학생분의 스케줄에 맞게 시청하실 수 있습니다.

What is the ratio of online students vs. in-class students?
온라인 학생이 많나요? 대면 수업 학생이 많나요?
About 50:50. We recommend taking the in-class session for the full experience.
Students who are not able to attend the in-class session have an option to watch video recordings of the classes online.

How long does it take for me to become an agent if I register now?
지금 등록하면 언제쯤 자격증을 취득해서 에이전트가 될 수 있나요?
Once you complete the crash course, you can take the Pre-license exam at New Star Realty School.
After passing the pre-license test, you will be eligible to take the DRE license exam.
On average, students took 4 months to a year to obtain the DRE license.
Signing up for the Master Examination, a $70 course, will increase your chance of passing the DRE license exam.

Are the lectures in Korean?
수업은 한국어로 하나요?
Currently, our lectures are in Korean only.
We are working on opening an English class in the future.
Our instructors will gladly answer any questions in English or Korean.
현재는 강의는 한국어로 진행이 되지만 추후 영어강의도 도입될 예정입니다.

Will I be able to pass the DRE exam? I’m too old.
제가 나이가 너무 많은데 DRE 시험을 합격할 수 있을까요?
Yes, age is not a problem. We recommend taking the Master Examination, a $70 course, to increase your chance to pass the DRE license test and become an agent.
